The Town of Stamford has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to assist homeowners with home rehabilitation projects. Funding of up to $25,000 is available for residents of the Town of Stamford who own their homes and meet income eligibility requirements.
Grant funding is available for necessary rehabilitation projects that focus primarily on health and safety issues, including: repairs to failing roofs, foundations, electrical and heating systems, plumbing, and more. Funding can also be used on energy efficiency projects.
