Welcome to the Town Of Pitcairn. Pitcairn is located in the southwest part of St. Lawrence County. It borders Fowler, Edwards and the town of Fine. The town has a poulation of 846, according to the 2010 Census. It was established in March of 1836 and is located in the 24th Congressional District, 47th State Senate District, and the 6th Legislative District. A small part of the town is in the Adirondack Park. Building permits are required. You can obtain a building permit application from the Town Clerk. The town of Pitcairn is a quaint little community where you can enjoy fishing on the Oswegatchie River or Jenny Creek. Kids can enjoy a Little League game of softball at our local Chapman Park.
