The Town of Newfane is a quaint community located along the scenic shores of mighty Lake Ontario. The Niagara County town was founded in 1824, and is comprised of six hamlets: Newfane, Olcott, Wright’s Corner, Appleton, Ridgewood and Burt. No matter which part of Newfane you’re from, residents all share the same beliefs and personal qualities. They’re hard-working, friendly and family-oriented.
