Welcome to the Town of Highlands!
Welcome to the Town of Highlands! The Town of Highlands is comprised of the Village of Highland Falls and Hamlet of Fort Montgomery, Bear Mountain State Park and Historic West Point. We are located on the west bank of the Hudson River just north of Bear Mountain State Park and just south of the United States Military Academy.
Our elected officials and town employees are committed to ensuring that the Town of Highlands is a safe and affordable place to live and raise a family. If you have any suggestions or problems relating to the Town or services, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate Town department.
