I hope that everyone is having a great summer. So far, our summer at Town Hall and throughout our various Departments within the Town has been busy. We have had a great first two weeks at camp. From calls that we have received and in talking to summer camp staff, camp is yet again a huge success! I would like to thank all counselors and the campers for being a part of our camp this year!
It is that time of year where we begin putting together the annual Town Budget. Departments are hard at work generating their budget proposals. Over the past few years we have made progress paying back the money the general fund borrowed from the sewer fund in the amount of $1 million. In 2014, the Town was able to increase cash funds by over $2 million from $3.1 to $5.3. The General fund improving from $750,000 in 2013 to $1,000,000 in 2014.
