Town of Attica, NY Website
In 1802, Zerah Phelps of Connecticut purchased 723 acres from the Holland Land Company. He brought with him four other men to settle his purchase. First known as “Phelps Settlement”, this became the Town of Attica which was then part of Genesee County. Wyoming County was organized in 1841, to which Attica became a part of.
Attica is nestled in the rolling hills of Wyoming County. There are opportunities for new businesses and for homes in picturesque settings with all the conveniences and beauty of a rural setting.
