Sidney Chamber of Commerce
Sidney, New York is located on approximately two square miles in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains along the banks of the Susquehanna River. It is situated in the northwest corner of Delaware County, abutting both Chenango and Otsego counties. Sidney is located at the junction of Interstate 88 and State Route 8, making the cities of Oneonta, Binghamton, and Utica readily accessible.
We would like to extend a special invitation to you to join the Sidney Chamber of Commerce. As part of the business community or as a home based business, you are aware of the importance of gaining exposure – of making others aware of the products and/or services you offer. One way you can accomplish this is by joining the Sidney Chamber of Commerce.
Our Chamber board meets the first Wednesday of each month, 7:45am, at a member’s place of business. Our members are encouraged to take an active role in making the Chamber the kind of organization that benefits both its members and the community. The Chamber sponsors many community events including Ed Wessels Memorial Canoe Regatta in May, an Arts and Music Festival in July, a Golf Tournament in August, and Jolly Holly Days in December. In June we hold our annual dinner meeting and present the Citizen and Business of the Years awards.
